Devo at RSA Conference

For RSA Conference, I worked with Devo's marketing leadership and an exhibit agency to develop the visual design for a custom 10×40 trade show booth. The space needed to accommodate product demonstrations, presentations, and private customer meetings while creating a strong visual presence for Devo at one of the cybersecurity industry's largest events.

Project Summary

Client: Devo
Event: RSA Conference
Exhibit: 10×40 Custom Trade Show Booth
Role: Manager, Graphic Design
Deliverables: Environmental graphics, large-format wall graphics, digital displays, presentation design, hanging signage, production-ready artwork
Collaborators: Marketing Leadership, Exhibit Agency

Challenge
The challenge was making a single exhibit space work for several different activities, from live product demonstrations and group presentations to private meetings with customers and partners. Each area needed to serve its purpose while still feeling like part of one consistent Devo experience.

My Contribution
I partnered with marketing leadership and an exhibit agency to develop the overall creative direction for the booth experience. While the exhibit agency designed the booth structure and CAD layouts, I led the visual design of the branded environment, creating the look and feel across the exhibit to deliver a cohesive and engaging brand experience.

Design Approach
I designed the large-format wall graphics, hanging signage, digital displays, presentations, and supporting branded materials used throughout the booth. The goal was to give each area a clear visual identity while keeping the overall exhibit connected through consistent typography, color, and graphics.

Outcome
The completed exhibit brought the Devo brand into a large-scale event environment, with dedicated spaces for product demonstrations, presentations, and customer meetings. The graphics and supporting materials created a consistent visual experience throughout the booth while allowing each area to serve its intended purpose.

Agero Trade Show Display

Created during Agero's rebrand from Cross Country Automotive Services, this trade show display introduced the new visual identity in a modern, flexible event environment. I designed the booth graphics and collaborated with an event coordinator to identify an exhibit system that moved away from the traditional pop-up displays used previously. The final design worked within the constraints of an overhead anchor and limited floor space while creating a more open, functional environment for customer engagement.
